We are the coalition of LGBTQ+ organizations from across the Commonwealth who are united to share opportunities, generate connection, discuss topical issues, provide resources, and communicate with leaders from fellow queer-serving institutions. By joining together, we are creating a network across Virginia that becomes accessible.

What We Do
By bringing together a diverse set of talents, resources, issues, and individuals - we grow, we increase our individual capacities and strengths, and we effect more change.
Connect
Individuals do not exist only in narrowly defined counties and cities. Our connection better serves our community throughout the Commonwealth and beyond.
Advocate
Sharing issues allows us to share solutions. Using our combined strength, we can generate a larger impact at the decision-making levels.

Ultimately, we are here to serve the queer community. By pooling resources, information, events, and more, we foster an informed, just, and equal Commonwealth.

Every member of the Virginia LGBTQ+ Leaders Forum is committed to serving the LGBTQ+ community by following simple values. All people are inherently welcome and valued. Allyship is an action, not a label. Community is built from common values.

Being part of the Leaders Forum enables our members to join our meetings, receive information and resources, add to the Virginia Resource Portal, post to the Virginia LGBTQ+ Community Calendar, and more. It also enables your team to receive free training and assistance with financial, administrative, and legal issues. We want to help you grow and succeed.
